Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Welcome! We’re so excited that you’re interested in becoming an Allay ambassador. Before you get started, there are some important housekeeping items that you must be made aware of. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully so that you have a complete understanding of our affiliate marketing program.
This contract ("the Agreement") sets forth the Terms & Conditions of the affiliate relationship between this site and its owners (“Allay”) and the party requesting enrollment ("the Affiliate”) into Allay’s Affiliate Marketing Program.
Affiliate Obligations
Account Requirements
The Affiliate must be 18 years or older and capable of forming legally binding contracts. Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
Compliance
The Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws, including disclosure requirements for sponsored content.
Prohibited Actions
Affiliates are prohibited from using the program for unlawful purposes, infringing on intellectual property, or engaging in spamming activities.
Program Management
Allay’s Affiliate Marketing Program is managed via Social Snowball. Participation in Allay’s Affiliate Marketing Program mandates compliance with Social Snowball’s Terms of Service.
Affiliates are solely responsible for familiarizing themselves with and adhering to Social Snowball’s Terms of Service. Allay is not responsible for any disputes or conflicts that arise from your participation in the Affiliate Marketing Program managed by Social Snowball. Affiliates must also be fully compliant with Allay's Terms of Service.
No Agency Relationship
Participation in Allay’s Affiliate Marketing Program does not constitute a professional or agency relationship between Allay and the Affiliate. All affiliates are considered independent contractors, and no joint venture or partnership is intended or implied.
Enrolment
By providing their information and agreeing to these terms, the Affiliate requests enrolment in Allay’s Affiliate Marketing Program. Allay reserves the right to refuse enrolment for any reason. Allay is not required to notify the Affiliate if enrolment has been denied, or to provide any explanation.
Tracking
Allay will track conversions and commissions through the Affiliate’s unique discount code through the Social Snowball platform. Allay may cancel any transaction, including all commissions owed to the Affiliate for any reason, including duplicate transactions, suspicious or fraudulent transactions, order returns, or incorrectly assigned transactions, even if the transaction was tracked automatically by the code.
Disclaimers
Modification
Allay may change this agreement at any time by posting a new agreement here. The Affiliate’s continued use of the commission tracking system shall constitute agreement to the new terms. If the Affiliate chooses not to accept the new terms, the Affiliate may terminate their Agreement as set forth below.
Payouts
Allay makes no warranties regarding the potential income or profitability that may arise from the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Marketing Program. Any claims made through Social Snowball do not reflect guarantees or predictions of the Affiliate’s actual earning potential.
Confidentiality
Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during their participation in the program and may not disclose it without our express consent.
